Sunday 10th January 2016 Lost the weight I put on yesterday. I feel like I am trying really hard with not much reward at the moment. I just feel stuck wondering if I will ever move. 21st 1.4lbs     0.5lbs ⬇️.   3.6lbs⬇️total ?
