I have never been a very organised person. If I plan to do something I would do it but I would usually go with the flow and see what happens rather than plan everything to the last detail.
Sometimes however it can get you into trouble when you don’t plan properly. Since doing this diet there are a few things I have learnt.
YOU NEED TO PLAN.
I have a limited choice of food to choose from at the moment. I can’t just go to the fridge anymore and eat anything I like. I have to prepare beforehand.
99% of the time this has been good (especially because Matt helps) but I find it hard keeping it up all the time and sometimes I have slipped a little. This week has been particularly hard after coming back from holiday. Eating out can also be hard especially when there is a set menu. So I’m still trying to find ways to work around it but its not easy.
I think I just need to work a little harder at it.
