Back to Normality

So here I am back at home and it’s back to normality quickly. They say the best way to get over jet lag is to get back to normal as soon as you can.

First day home and I was busy for most of the day with appointments and such like. But it hasn’t stopped me feeling tired.

However, whilst getting back to normality should be a good thing, it’s also part of the problem. The latter part of last year I wasn’t in a good place. Physically or mentally I had let so many things lapse. So going back to normal is probably not a good idea for me!!

So I need to create a new normal. With no going back at all. I’m not sure what it will look like but I think it will have to start with me addressing my health and fitness. Mentally I don’t feel ready to address it but I feel it’s something I have to do to move forward and that is my main priority this year.
