Sunday 3rd January 2016 I was given an allowance of 1590 calories every day on My Fitness Pal. However it didn’t stop me from being hungry. I have been on holiday over the Christmas period which makes it a little hard to diet, but I am managing to count calories and stay within my daily allowance.
