Day 53

Monday 22nd February 2016 I had my first training session with Leon (my personal trainer) since the detox. I went on tread mill and then did 70 sit ups. I am so going to ache tomorrow. 19st 7.8lbs.       0.7lbs⬇️.      25.2lbs⬇️total
